The complaint is given on 6 august that TV is repair, so please send the technician, so they told with 45 hrs we will send the same, Indiranagar Ph No-08032969993 and complaint no-12086726380038 and we waited up to 8th Aug, no body is turned up, and we called to indiranagar service and they told we will send the technician on 9th Aug complaint no-12081306381328 and we waited up to 9th Aug, nobody is turned up, daily we are calling to service and remaining, but still now no body is turned up, Pls take action immdietiately

I bought a Onida 29 Color TV 3 years back and it worked for 3 years without any issue. My ordeal started after the TV went dead one day. ONLY BEEPING NOISE.

I chased ONIDA customer service for 4 months and every time they said that some tech would turn up. But unfortunately no one turned up.

Never ever buy a ONIDA product. I am planning to throw this 29 inch color TV out of window and buy a LG LED which has the best customer service.

Never in my life would i recommend anyone to buy any ONIDA product.

This is to inform you that the above two complaints till date not solved one time your person is comming and change the parts. but the same problem is repeted. so we inform your customer care after one person come and asking the changed parts bill the previous person is not given the bill at the time of change the parts.

and the second person inform us i can't do anything without bill and he signed a pepper for close the complaint. first person given the bill on 25.09.12 and we inform him to the problem is remaining he inform me I don't know you log another complaint. after we register second complaint on 25.09.12 but till date nobody attempt the complaint and we contact your customer care they inform us the complaint is closed by the service center.

so please let us know why the close the complaint without solve the problem ?

I am K.Srinivasa Rao from Kothagudem. I Purchased a ONIDA 21'' Color TV some 1+ yrs back. I Recently my TV went completely dead, I Lodged a complaint on OCTOBER 6 , 2012. After 4 days of my complaint, a service person(NAGENDAR, from a authorized onida service center,VIJAYAWADA) came to our home and inspected the TV. He said that there is a problem with the TV's internal parts and replaced them with new ones by charging Rs.930/-(including service charge Rs.350/-).But within one day the TV started troubling again.Again I lodged a complaint (COMPLAINT NO:12100726380807) on 16th OCTOBER,2012. Now its been almost a month and half, I have'nt heard back from the service center. I have called up the service center's customer care and have told them about this. They are saying your request is in progress and will be completed as soon as possible but for almost 4 weeks i getting this answer from them. NOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO.

I am Jayaraman from Chennai. I was having a 25 Inch Onida color TV for the past many years, which was serving me well. In Oct, 2012, it stopped working. I contacted Onida Service centre, at Velahery, Chennai (Ph - 22551209). They sent their techniciam, who took an IC from our set and promised to have it replaced. After a week of follow up, they informed me that the IC is out of stock and offered to replace the set with a new 29 Inch set (under exchange offer) for Rs. 8000 (plus Rs 2000 for stabiliser). I paid up the amout and the new set (not looking new) was delivered at my residence. This set started blacking out every now then. For a few minutes, we would have only audio and no video, or neither audio nor video. I lodged a complaint on 13 Jan 2013 (Complaint ef No 13019026380247). Their tecnician said that the Mother board has to be changed and keeps promising to come home but not keeping the promise. In the name of exchange offer, I have been cheated, by providing me a defective and probably used set. I hope, Onida managemnt takes suitable action on this complaint and takes remedial action ASAP.

Onida A/c I am compliant for last two days, follow daily thrice times. but not reply. i am very feel for purchased ONIDA A/C. Last year 12.06.2012 purchased A/C. Not completed one year. but very difficulty the A/C.

My onida ac is not at all working as an AC. Fans are better than this. I have already complained many times and few times engineers came too. but even after that it again goes down. I will soon register a case in consumer court as a case of fraud and cheating.

Dear Sir,

I purchased Onida washing machine in Trichy 6 months ago in Sharp Electronics, last month washing machine got repaired and complained to the service center, Trichy tamilnadu,

The person from service center came and attended and told that it is in warranty period,I will replace the part which has gone within a week, now nearly a month gone he has not turned back,and my washing machine is not working.

If we call we are getting the reply that today we will come and attend, but one month gone nobody turned back
