Tata sky executives provides new connection by doing false commitments and never fulfil them,tata sky cheated me.
I am attar singh from dwarka new delhi, my subscriber id is 1070996317,registered mobile number is 09718017942 booked my tata sky connection on 09 sep 2011.on booking tatasky commited me to provide all hd channels with my pack,but after installation of my connection tata sky did not fulfil their commitment and i was not provided with hd channels.
On 10 sep 2011,i lodge a complaint in tata sky help line thay promise me to resolve the problem with in 24 hours but all in vain and today is 15 oct 2011,till date tata sky even not give me a single call regarding the solution of my problem.
I am proceeding to consumer court to lodge a case of fraud and cheating against tata sky.
