I wish to share my experience with BLAZEFLASH COURIER , i sent one packet to ahmedabad fron delhi on 09-09-2011 and till 13th it has not reached to ahmedabad and the packet containg very important document which was suppose to be submitted on monday other wise there will be a heavy penality on the same , i was in touch with the franchises who made the booking , the concern office and the concern delivery branch , unfortunately for reply , on 14th i can see the status on web as out for delivery , till 1800 hrs. the delivery boys has not deliver the same , i was trying to contact the business head and customer care head , unfortunately every one has replied as they resigned long back , then i called up his executive director Mr. Aggarwal , but the reply by him can not be expected by a managing person like him , only the franchises who has made booking can track , we are dealing with franchises and not by customer , we are not concern for the same and he was very rude ,

as i can see the attitude , this company will not be professional any day as the management even is not responsible for services and complaint , as by the franchises he made clear that you are not the only victim every day around 50 cases are like this ,

when we try to get in touch with delivery boy , he even simply refuse and say i will see when can i deliver , if you have urgency come and collect , he even dont know how to speak to customer

please do not go with there website complaint system , if over phone a director can say like this , then you can feel what more can be expected from company like this
