At First on Month of June. I got the May month's Billing in that they have charged 250rs Extra for Web Standards, but I am not using that service. and my connection got bared because of non payment of the bill. I call'ed up the Customer Care Service of Airtel and informed that your service is not good because of this, I want to disconnect the Service from u. they said wait "We will provide a waver for some amount" and I also informed I have been Shifted from that place. please provide me a shifting of Service with it, they agreed and they said till the Connection is transfered, we won't charge u and other discounts.
Now, the Connect is not shifted and they are charging for the months that I'm not using the services.
When I call the Customer Call Services they are not responding for it properly.
Please, Provide me a proper judgement.
