    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have given phone verification for the confirmation of HDFC ERGO insurance policy, few days ago. Today I've recieved an SMS stating that Rs. 9223 has been debited from my credit balance towards HDFC ERGO PREMIUM, and I will be receiving the policy documents shortly.
    But due to some unavoidable financial situation which developed recently, I shall not be able to continue the policy.
    Hence I request you to CANCEL my HDFC ERGO health insurance policy and please revert back (unblock) the Rs. 9223 amount.

    For now I'm not able to provide you the policy number as I have not recieved the documents.
    My Credit Card number: 5242 1600 0011 2101.

    Hi, This Uday from Chennai.

    I have recently got HDFC Ergo insurance policy for me with my credit card. however i want to cancel HDFC Ergo insurance policy.



    because my company has provided the insurances for every one, so Please cancel the Policy and debit the amount the back to My Credit card.

    Angry regarding cancellation of ergo policy

    One month before I got call from Ergo department , stating that they ll cancel my ERGHo policy within 10 days. But still they didnt cancel my policy. Im fed up with this. When the problem ll be fixed?

    Dear Sir,

    I am having HDFC Ergo Ideal Cover Plus and Critical Illness Platinum insurance policies. I have told the customer care executive to cancel my renewal and the policies. But nothing happened and the amount was debited from my credit card account. I really want to cancel these policies because my company has provided insurance for the employees. So please cancel my policies and refund the amounts debited.

    My policy details are given below.

    critical illness platinum Ref no: HN18092010000013

    Default Regarding cancellation of hdfcergo insurance polic

    My HDFC Ergo Policy No is 50594571. I had requested for cancellation of policy on 24th-Feb- 2012 but haven't recieved any reply from HDFC Ergo.

    I have tried to contact them from last 20 days and still they haven't cancelled my policy and even have deducted premium from my credit card on 7th March.

    Request you to do the needful at the earliest.

    Please cancel my policies having Policy no. 51044709 and 51059827. I don't want to continue with this policies as I already have policy issued by my company. I have already requested for the cancellation of the policies but somehow no action has been action yet. Kindly look into this matter and oblige.
