    Default Facing too much problem because of Reliance netconnect+

    Sir,
    My name is Harish Rawat and i am B.B.A student and i am using reliance netconnect+ currently, and i am very dissatisfied with there services.
    At the time of sale promice me that i will get speed up to 3.1mb and i will get minimum speed of 500 kb per second but i only get speed of only 10kb per second.
    I also called their customer care 3 times and they always say that the problem will solve shortly now its one month passed but nothing happend.
    Now i cant comlete my work now i am mentaly tortured due to this and i also get frustrated.
    My lots work get unfinished due to which i sufferd alot.
    sir my plane is advance rentel and they told me that i wont get bill for 2 months and now after 1 month i got a bill of RS.156 it is cheating with customer
    sir please help me i want justice nobody is listining to me please help.

    Thumbs down Facing problem regarding billing

    Hello Consumer Court,

    I have taken a reliance data card on month of oct 2011. i paid 2523/- for 3 months but after thatI faced a lot of trouble like it was connected but i was not able to open any website.I have taken that for my office work.so it was complete wastage of money.On month of dec 2011 when customer care phoned me lot of times and every time i replied them that i am facing problem and t last i told them that i and i wont take any service so please stop my card. within these days i never got any bill. I never used that on month of january 2012. but suddenly today 10 feb customer care phoned me and asking about my billing. Then a manager talked me.

    My issue is that if i have not used that why i will pay bill infact i never got any bill. These kind of things are just giving me mental troma and torturing me.Kindly help me.

Then a manager talked to me and told me that i have to go any reliance store and have to follow all the procedure.When i told customer care they have not tole me anything.Is it any kind of process to drag money from customer.

    My issue is that if i have not used that why i will pay bill in fact i never got any bill. These kind of things are just giving me mental trauma and torturing me.Kindly help me.
