I had sent lots of mail to mobile store but they are not replying to me, and i had also talk to there tollfree no. there also they just telling today you will get the resolution but till now i havn't get any resolution abot my issue mention below.

Wrong selling done by Mobile store

Sir, I am Birendra Tiwari, i have purchased one nokia phone c-3-00, at the purchasing time mobile storepeople tell me that it is wifi enabled phone but i am not able to use wifi in mail and comunities icon which is [COLOR=#009900 !important]presents[/COLOR] in menu, but that i can use throgh gprs, when i went to nokia care 1st time they [COLOR=#009900 !important]told me[/COLOR] that it was the [COLOR=#009900 !important]server problem[/COLOR] u can use this service when server problem is solved but after one week i went again to nokia care they told me that this service u can not use through wifi u can only use throgh gprs, they made me fool while selling the phone, i had also called nokia careline many a times they lounched ma comlain n told me that it was the problem of phone so they told me that we are going to contact you within 48 hours but they not given me a call, after a week again i called then they dont give any solution, i have spent more than 200 Rs. on calling them but it is usless, Sir i am the student i have purchased throgh my savings. I have also visited mobile store chandkheda ahmedabad from i had purchased my phone, i have waited 5 hours to meet [COLOR=#009900 !important]the store[/COLOR] [COLOR=#009900 !important]manager[/COLOR], but they also don't know that this wifi [COLOR=#009900 !important]facility[/COLOR] is limited in c-3-00, now the the store manager started asking that u have to ask for mail that you want to run your mail throgh wifi, i had said that i had already told them all things are work throgh wifi they said yes... phone EMEI no.357921048817270.Sir now i have the proof that mobile store people making fool to there customers i had voice recording of the mobile store people, i had sent my one friend to buy the same product from other mobile store there also they replyed that ye you can use evry thing throgh wifi including mail and comunities. I had submitted my phone to nokia care shahibaug ahmedabd, bhora comunication, and i have not taken my phone back. Sir Kindly look in this matter and change my phone with other phone which supports all the things throgh wifi.Regards, Birendra Tiwari
