i am using reliance gsm .
and all the time i recharge it, the amount itself gets deducted. i donno wat has been suscribed in it.
and even i have not requested for those subscriptions. they are subscribed by themselves only ,
i dont noe y.
am very much irritated.
plz deactivate all those servises on my no.

My no is 8102092889 & i m reliance gsm bihar circle user . My balance would regurlaly deducted by the service provider due to activaion of some sort of services like news aleart etc which r not activted by me .
I m tired of to complaining abt this to service provider so i want some serious action.

I am using the Reliance GSM service last 3-4 years, but now a days i am very fade with the Reliance GSM Service. Daily i got a 8-10 times promotional Call & SMS from Reliance. For this i do an SMS to the 1909 no. & i tried many times Call for DND activation but every time error coming "buffers too small" like messages. I tried on Reliance CustomerCare also but all times its not connected. And this is the big problem of Reliance that his Customer Care is not connected.

I have to activate an DND in my Reliance GSM Service.

I didn't ever active any package, and today(5th August, 2012) at 8.48pm one message come to me saying I have successfully activate sher0shyeri pack and 30 rupees cut from my balance and this will renew at next month automatically.

Hi,

This is Ashish Singhal, i am using Reliance GSM from last 5-6 years, but from Last 2 month my Experiance with Reliance is very Bad.
Thing is that from last 2 month 1 hungama service automatically activated on my mobile no. i called customer care, then logged a complaint, then after 2 days i got my balance, but in next 2 day this hungama service again activated on My mobile no,, Again this same same cycle continue, i called customer care, then logged a complaint, then after 2 days i got my balance, but in next 2 day this hungama service again activated on My mobile no.

I am phasing this problem since last 2 months. Now a days before sleeping i need to check my balance.

Now i'm planning to move on. because i fade up with such kind of thing.

So Please do the needful.
