dear sir,

i have placed an order with shopers-stop on 25th of Aug 2011, today its 12th of Sept 2011. and i havent received the product yet.
they diducted the amount from my bank on the very same day i placed the order(can attach my bank statement if needed)
when ever i call the customer service 022 6648 6648, they tell me the same thing that the product is not yet dispatched, when i ask them why it is not dispatched they ask me wait for 30 mins and promises that they will call me back. however i never received any call back from them...
till now i have called them for around 8 times but the issue is not yet resolved..
i dont know if shopers stop wants to send me the product or not.
it seems that i have lost my money which is RS 1189.30
Kindly help me out with this as i am really fedup calling their customer support team.
