Hello sir,
I have been making many calls to airtel customer care 12148 , and none has given me any reference on how to do this .
Finally Prachi has told me that I have to wirte a mail to this ID

I have paid the amount of April 2nd 2011. It was found that airtel serviceengineers can't do internal wiring , 3-4 service engineers called me up and said the same thing.
Finally I have got another cable connection through internal wiring. Before that I have raised disconnection request for the same and the request ID number is : 6658636
Please process my disconnection and refund the amount of INR 999 ASAP.
