ICICI bank OTP service is not working well Dear Sir,
I am Existing ICICI bank customer . I have a salary account in ICICI bank. I used to travel within India and Outside india as well. THe OTP facility is for security of our account. But now days i am facing a lot trouble. Currently i am in Egypt i want to use my net banking of ICICI bank. When i loged into my account system ask for OTP password which always comes on mobile via sms. But from past 15 days i am not able to receive any OTP password. I am having sufficient ammount in my phone balance also. The most interesting thing is i am able to receive other banks sms regarding the OTP and other .
I have mailed the customer care of ICICI bank a lot of time but they are not responding . This cause me a serious rouble.
