I have a credit card and a home loan with ICICI, as part of my job currently I am in UK for the past 9months, for the last 8months I was paying all my credit card and home load emi through ICICI online website, but recently you have introduced this OTP, and this month when I try to pay my credit card due after my authentication it asked for OTP, since I am in UK and dont carry a INDIA SIM I registered to receive the OTP through email, and I got the OTP password after 5-10min (please note it was not fast enough), but when I enter the OTP it always says 'Incorrect One time password (OTP), I am trying to pay the due for more than 4 days now with different OTP, but in vain.
your website says the OTP is valid for one transaction or for 24 hours, but neither is true in my case, it always throw the error....
the best part is when I try to send an email to the customer care through your website, it again asks for an OTP ;-(

because of this OTP I was not able to make my dues on time for both my credit card and my home loan, hence become a defaulter, and you already charged me with heafty fines for not paying the dues on time......and I already received emails that you will / may share my details with the credit rating agencies in India
