Hi Uday,Respected Sir/Madam,
This is in regards to the Reliance internet broadband connection I am using the number is 9310798728. The payment cycle of the connection is 9th of every month and paid it every time hence never missed it ever however for the month of August I paid it on 19th through online when my connection was not working and I realize that I didn't pay the bill and paid immediately through online service.
For the month of September starting from 9th of September Reliance customer service lady is calling me, my family members and my colleagues in fact my boss as well, where she is not asking for payment but she abused and harassed everybody. I am in a big tension and my mind stopped working I was almost fainted because of this harassment after that my brother told Ms. Anamika(probably a sudo name of the customer support who was calling us) to calm down but she didn't and abused him (Vijay Kanti Dinkar) as well, and abused badly in Hindi. My brother Vijay called (no. 9310439007, around 6 PM (September 9th, 2011) her again to ask why is she doing like this as we can make it right away, you (customer support) don't have to abuse us but she abused again.
My thinking power is gone for a toss, don't know what to do since I also told her to close the connection and tell us the total cost so that we can pay it off and close the connection.
Below are the details of her harassment calls:-
She is calling from these numbers 1. 9310439007 (on 9th September at3.21 PM, 5.51 PM and 6.20PM. She also called my wife and my colleagues in the evening time on the same day.

Today from (10/09/2011) 32313590 at 3.21.
Please do the needful for this complaint and they need to pay for me, family and for my office colleagues time, harassment and abuses. Which has resulted into losses like my younger brother (Vijay Kanti) needs to go for the land which he wanted to lease at Gurgaon, Khadarpur and he lost his temper and couldn't make it. It’s a sheer loss of 2 crores for the entire year contract. My mother's BP is low since the day she abused my wife. My wife also not feeling well and also there is a problem in our relation arises due to this cheap behavior by the lady. My relation with my boss and colleagues is worse now.
This is a humble request to you to take a harsh step for it and make them pay for my losses.
