Dear Sir,

I have been suffering from airtel since last 15 days. I have a connection which has account no 16635498. Its Broadband searvice was disconnected on morning of 25th of Aug without my information. When i called the customer care, they said that due to some power outage it will be down for 4 hour.

But, after 6 hours when there was update i called the customer care again and they said they will check from backend team. Immediately after 1 hour got the call from backend and that said "you have asked for broadband termination thats why it has got disconnected, you need to call customer care for reactivation".

I called the customer care on 26th Aug, and asked to provide me the disconnection request number then the customer care executive said "you have not raised the request for any disconnection, but it was due to some technical problem". i asked him to create reactivation request. The customer care executive created a service request with number 3005202 and to my surprise he said the deadline of 3rd Sept.

In between i also called 2-3 times to get it done fast because it was not my fault. Every executive said we are putting this request on priority basis, it will be resolved soon. Finally sept 3rd came but nothing happened.

I called up nodal officer on 3rd sept and talked "Amber Seth" and asked him the status of this request. He simply answered in professional way by saying sorry and other general things and finally said it would be done by 6th Sept. But to my surprise phone and iptv also got disconnected from 5th Sept.

I called up nodal officer on 6th Sept again and talked to "Rishipal" and asked him why my telephone and iptv also got disconnected along with status of service request. Again he was going through same words of excuses and finally said i will check with backend team and call you back. But, now with no surprise, i didn't get any call.

I called up nodal officer again on 7th Sept, here i don't remember the name of person but he also said that he will look into it and get back but nothing happened.

I called up nodal officer again on 8th Sept and talked to "Anup", he checked with backend team and said he will call back. To my surprise he called me and told this will be done in 3 days but i have lost the faith in airtel customer care so i don't think it is going to be resolved.

I am a software professional, and it is hard to get away with a single day without internet and even worse last 1 week without even TV. I have a 5 year old child and for him to live without Cartoon Network (he don't have option to see on internet also). I don't know what would be the compensation for this torture.
Sir i request you to take the action against airtel service authorities and provide me the appropriate compensation for this torture and please get me out of this problem.
