This is Anilkumar M.S.
I have applied for Airtel Broadband on 1st may 2011 and paid 899 thrrough cheque to Airtel executive.
Still now i have not received either connection or they have refunded my amount back.
Executive Name - Narasiman-9972180928.
While take the amount and all he is very polite after that no response , not picking calls.
I have never seen worst executinve like him before.
TBLR no-236438.
Montly i am calling sustomer care so many times and still i didnt got the
resolution to my problem.
Complaints no-3739546 ,3013896,1983976,48326046,46662428,47386686(Only few complaints which i
saved)
Already its 4 month over and i dont want to wait further.
If u dont reply for this mail with in 3 days definatly i will take this issues
very seriosly and i will take the necessary action.
I am very much frustrated about airtel now.
Please dont drag the refunding issue furthur.
Please resolve this issue as early as possible.
Please never opt for airtel broadband it is the worst broadband in india and the customer executives are cheater.
I have contacted them so many times and i have written mail for them also but no responce from then too much negligency.
Dear consumer court please guide me the action that i can take aganist this airtel people.
Waiting for 6 months to get refund of my amount paid to them.
I want to sue them all in court please give me futhur information about this.
Please never opt for airtel broadband which is the worst broadband in india and the service is also very bad.
