Complaint: Dear sir,
I became member of Discount premium club 0n 26th Dec 2007.My member
no is 305191.I had paid an amount of 5,490/- a/c in favour of "Onetouch solutions
Pvt Ltd" Chq no 180832 dated 26/12/07.I've all the valid documents for the
same.Finally after that I had send them a DD of 1700/- towards taxes dated
17/07/08 wide no 385328 on OBC bank Minto rd.
I became member to avail my holiday but till date they have't reverted to me
whenever I had called them either they did't receice my call if fortunately they
answered they don't have any destination as per my choice.Now there
is no communication as the phone is out of order from last 4 months now pl guide me
what should I do.I had paid them 7000/-. with a commitment
that I will get my holiday.

Consequences : I''m following with them since 1 year. I have invested
7000/-. till date .I''m mentally & physically disturbed Pl help me I will be very
grateful to you people.they are based in noida.
