    Angry Tikona Wireless Broadband Worst Ever Broadband

    My name is Gopikumar (Login id 1103434985) , i have been a TIkona customer now for approximately 6 months. My bills are paid by credit card and never late.



    On August 20 found my internet is show some connection problems, I thought, it’s just another poor connection and ignored but problem continued, but the problem persisted I called the customer care on August 22 and complained about the problem, they promised me their technical support would call me in 30 minutes, but nobody called me on that day, again after I repeatedly called the customer care finally one guy called my tech support on August 24, and instructed me to do some checking on my computer and finally said some problem with connection which can be solved only by visiting my place directly, and promised they will send me a technical person next day, but nobody came to provide any solution, and again process started I called customer care again guy from tech support called me and finally said same thing, he will arrange a technical engineer to visit my place, again same thing none visited. Again I called your customer care or 27 Aug, and said it seems tikona don’t have any tech support engineer to assist.


    Finally on 27 Aug, a Tech Support guy named Gopi came, but unfortunately he is not so sound in technical things, I used to help him in crimping cables correctly, forget about the solving the problem, he stayed there for 6 hours and finnaly said problem in cable, next day he will come and change the cable.
    But again none returned on next day, I thought ok It falls on Sunday may be it cud be a holiday, but again on Monday none of the engineer came, and from the scratch I called customer care but no response, meanwhile I got some manger level guy contact from the persons who sold me tikona connection (Murthy Mobile 8148707925/9500173043) he gave me a contact of Mr. Balasubramaniam (Mobile 9884600011) promised me that he will provide the solution, on 30 Aug he sent a 2 guys they came near to the solution, connection established but the problem lies in speed test which show just 5-10 kbps speed in upload, and sometime in speed test shows error in testing upload speed, remember it was checked by your technical staff in speedtest.tikona.in website only, and they said they will solve the upload problem next day, but none came back again.
    Again on 31st Aug I called Mr. Balasubramaniam I promised that problem will be resolved today, but again he sent the same guy named Gopi, who is incapable, he just plugged and unplugged cables and said sorry sir, I will inform to my superior he will send someone who can able to solve the problem, he called his superior from my mobile I don’t his name but he they are some 3rd party support team co-coordinator mobile no(9962542194) he said some problem in tikona server, not their fault, once tikona solved their server problem connection will work.
    Problem not resolved till 2nd Aug Evening, and nobody come to solve the problem, I called Gopi tech support Guy (917660395) he said ticket closed and he was assigned to some other job, and again called that Co-Ordinator guy(9962542194) who spoke very rude to me said problem is with tikona server he can’t do anything ticked closed etc, I told shall I take this matter to tikona, he replied do what u want complain to anyone. Then I called to customer care and told them I wanted to speak to their superior but they replied I can’t speak to them, after some attempts they told me they manager is busy will call me back in 30 mins, but that also didn’t happen, Again I called Mr. Balasubramaniam He too spoke rude and told me call customer care and he don’t have anything to do in this issue.


    Finally I fed up with tikona, and their employees, who almost harresed and treat their customer rude, Now I take this issued to nodel officer of tamilnadu, I hope atleast u got some technical knowledge to solve this issue, Otherwise just give me the refund back, and take back your connection



    FYI: they installed 3 sets of cable in my home from the terrace received , I asked them to remove the other 2 non working cables, they refused and said they wont remove those and I have to remove them.
    I look forward to your response, meanwhile i won’t pay for these days from my first complaint date until this matter is resolved, and if you feel this is me breaking the contractual agreement I am sure you will agree that once you failed to comply with the same contact, it did in fact become void.

    Hi all
    let every one be advised that TIKONA wireless is a pain in the neck affair. My story is a bit different and i advice all the troubled people to follow what i did. First of all contact the nodal officer of your state , send him a few mails and keep proof of them(get the mail ID from the help line). This might make things move in the right direction (dont bet on it). If they fail to solve your problem then send a legal notice to the head office and the local office with RPAD. If they still fail to respond ,then file a case in the consumer forum , which is what i did in mysore and I am very proud to say that in a matter of 8 months my case was settled and the court has ordered TIKONA to pay back my money with interest. Not only that the consumer court has ordered for damages as well (penalty). Now I am very happy that in a small way I have taught TIKONA a lesson. I hope many will do the same in our own interest to stop being taken for a ride. If required I can provide help/advice in my small way if required by anybody.
