I am syed nooruddin holding joint NRI account in axis bank mehdipatnam ring road branch hyderabad AP state.on 17-08-11 I was in gulbarga city karanataka state time 15:42 i withdraw money from axis bank ATM first time I entered 20000/- I got the cash and@second time when I inserted the card and entered my pin number and 20000/- amount i heard@the machine start counting the notes and the message is displayed "please collect your cash" but their was no cash@at the same time the machine was struck up and I didn't get cash and also my card,from there i called to gulbarga axis bank 08472 @275986@person name is sarha i told her the problem she said sir @wait for 10 minutes press cancel button and I did she said@can you come next day @but i went at after 3 to 4 i went and i gave complaint and i went next day I collected my card from axis bank gulbarga branch@but i dint get my cash and I asked about 20000/- she said within 7 working days your@20000/- will be in your account @this is happened in near to ramzan eid but till now i dint get my amount and i saw in statement it is showing me the transition of 40000/- on 17-08-11 is done.but I got only 20000/- and I told her she said me to contact your branch. I contact to my branch that is mehdipatnum ring road branch hyderabad AP state i called and spoke to branch officer head name is kalyana krishna@04023525266.i gave him complaint in writing and I told him the problem he did a email to gulbarga axis bank they said there is no access amount in ATM on that day and i asked show me video clip on that day but they are unable to show me and i meet main branch officer he said it @is not your mistake it's machine mistake but till now I dint get my amount I am feed up now.from 20 days am trying but nothing is happening@now tell me what should I do.please take serious action if not then I have to take.I am hoping that you people is going to help me.even I called on These numbers 0222768000, 02224252525 ,022242445406 ,but no one is giving me correct information. @@Syed NooruddinMy NRI account number is 426010100120159.Cell no: +91 9885095702.E-mail: t_Nooruddin@yahoo.co.in @ @
