Not recieving paper bills since march 2009 Sir/Madam,
Inspite of continous complaints to the Airtel customer care, I am not able
to recieve my paper bills. Every time i am getting ebills from the Airtel
center. I have been complaining about this since March 2009. This option has
been started without my consent. The complaint number regarding this, i
made in july is : 21997064
I have made several attempts of turning off the option from my account, but
the webpage seems errenous, as it never retains the option chosen by the
customer ( See the attached image please ) . Please help me out of this.
