This is the status from more than past two weeks.

In 2011 After i resigning from the company I claimed PF amount and Due to long non transaction my bank people Closed my account. Now what is the process to get back the refund . and i checked PF Status on EPFO site there status showing that ( Member Account has been settled. Payment sent through NEFT. ) I Contact to my Previous company ( IKYA Human Capital Solutions ) but no any reply from them please help me out this problem.
