    Dear Sir, I would like to draw your attention regarding the pathetic experience of Tata Photon Service and the worst experience of Tata Customer service. Following are the details of My Post Paid Connection: Tata Photon Number: 09230145388 Account Number:937557769 Tariif Plan: Photon Plus Unlimited 5GB@950 Now The story Starts... I mail a complain on 30th July 2011 and then after I mailed so many times, I also send snapshots showing the speed of Tata Photon. Then after I received few calls that only wasted my time and after these I was being told in a rudely way that the speed I am getting is good enough and it can not be increased and after that I received a mail on 3rd August 2011 stating that " Your complaint 274395373 has been successfully resolved and closed by us." And I immediately reverted back that how can you say that my complain has been resolved but I did not received any reply. I must like to mention that I am getting better speed than Tata Photon on my Airtel GPRS that cost me only Rs.98 and I am paying Rs.882 on Tata Photon. Now I dont have any other choice except to withdraw my postpaid plan. I am feeling like cheated. I just want to get back my money being spent on that useless device.

    Yesterday some one call me and asked to check the speed through speedtest.net and after checking that I told that I am getting 0.38 Mbps and then i got the reply that is average speed you are getting and when I retorted that am I paying Rs 882 for this speed then I was being told that some one will me after few minutes. But till time no one called me back and I got this mail that my problem has been resolved......What is going on in your customer care department is beyond my imagination??
    As I am fade up of these things kindly tell me the procedure for discontinuation of Tata Photon as I am no more interested in these things have others work..

    Yesterday some one call me and asked to check the speed through speedtest.net and after checking that I told that I am getting 0.38 Mbps and then i got the reply that is average speed you are getting and when I retorted that am I paying Rs 882 for this speed then I was being told that some one will me after few minutes.
