Hi Sir,

I Rathindra Kumar Das and my mobile number is 9654949197(Vodafone) would like to complain against a vodafone customer care executive for non-professionalism and mis behaviour.

The executive Mr. Karan Srivastava called me with +911171636900 and explained a plan for converting my number from prepaid to post paid and mailed me the plan details with the email ID- karan.srivastava@vodafone.com. .

I read the plan details and I found it not suitable. He called me again and again and when I rejected the plan he began to use abusive language and threatened me.

Because of this my ego was hurt and felt mentally harassed.

So, I want to put a complaint against him so that this type of misbehaviour is not repeated with other customers in future.
