Dear Sir/ Madam
This is to inform you that self , Sudipa Shaw have paid in advance to "YOU BROADBAND" for internet service on 22-May-11.
Wherein I have 3 months + additional 45 days extra. Which lapse lately Oct-Nov.
However, in between on 21-Aug my internet service got disconnected failure of you broadband to update their records.
Well, on 30-Aug self have send receipt for evidence sake,but no one helped .
Failure of service and i am loosing my money paid in advance.
My complaint number received from You broadband is 2011090400657. Every day i am calling but no one is resolving my matter.
I am unable to access internet, Hence would like to file complaint in consumer court.
