Dear Reader,

I had purchased Micromax mobile handset model no.X360, from a dealer at Borivali under 1 year company warranty. After some months but before warranty period, speaker and display of my handset is not working properly so I handed it over to Micromax authorized center at Prison Mobile Shop (Mira Road) against JOB CARD no.46103 dated 23/06/11. The person told me to collect the same after 15-20 days. After described period no one took responsibility for the same and they also told me that DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO". After that I logged a complaint with customer care unit of Micromax at Delhi vide complaint no.0308112967 dated 03/08/11. They told me to wait for 20 working days, after that again they told me to wait for 5-6 days and so on. But still I have not recovered my handset from Micromax or said authorization center.

Please do the needful on above matter.
