I was not able to make any incoming and outgoing call.
My Mobile balance was Rs.40.88

I called to customer care (09839098390)
At 5 August 2011 at about 3:30PM,
I talked to Mr Kamran, He told me that "Recharge with Rs.100 and your problem will
be resolved, you will not face any problem after recharging.
I was on the call and recharched for Rs.100 and Mr Kamran was on
line, I said to kamran that now I am not able to check balance and calls also, and recharge sms is showing that my balance is Rs.12.588. Then he told me that you have to recharge more Rs.100+ recharge.
After that, your problem will be resolved,

I mailed to Nodal and Appellate also,
There is no response from Nodal and Appellate.
Please let me know regarding the same problem and resolve it.

I also registered the same on consumercourtforum.in

Before one week an Executive called me and said that he is forwarding the same to UP East Vodafone, they will contact you...
But till now I am not contacted by any Executive from Vodafone...
