OnSaturday June 11, 2011, I booked a parcel for Kolkata which had 4 sodexhocoupon booklets worth Rs. 1250 each amounting to Rs. 5000 along with atea bag. I did the packing in front of the booking agent Mr. Chetanvery clearly saw me packing the sodexho coupons inside the parcel and in fact helped me pack it but neverasked me to disclose the sodexho coupons but gave me a form to fill upwhere he asked me to fill in the details of the tea bag. I was surprisedin the beginning as to why he is asking me to fill up the details of thetea bag since it was very clearly visible that it was a tea bag. Butlater on I realized that this was all preplanned as he would remove thesodexho coupons later on and send only the tea bag and that is what heexactly did. I am truly disappointed by this theft at DTDC courieroffice and I would like to see you take some action against this individualas he is clearly cheating a lot of customers like this. I am sure DTDC has CCTV recordings at that centerwhich will prove my case. I had very clearly packed the sodexho couponsin front of Mr. Chetan in the booking counter which should be clearly visiblein the CCTV footage.

I had sent "Sodexho" coupons along with a tea packet through DTDC Kavalbyrasandra Center which was packed in front of the receiving clerk Mr. Chetan. After I left he has removed those Sodexho coupons amounting to Rs. 5000 and he has just sent the tea packet for which he took a voucher and asked me to sign. The courier reached the destination with only the tea packet. On questioning DTDC, they are saying that these are restricted items but if these are restricted items why was I allowed to pack it? It is very clear that the booking clerk Mr. Chetan has stolen these coupons and the DTDC refuses to accept it neither are they interested in taking any action against this employee because I feel that even their higher officials are getting a cut money out of these kind of stolen money.
