Tata Photon+ Slow Speed Problem

    Default Tata Photon+ Slow Speed Problem



    Dear Sir,

    I purchased the device TATA PHOTON+ last year in October10.The day of purchase I was assured that it will deliver me the speed of 3.1 Mbps,as the co. claims so much.But I regret that till date I haven't received speed more than 150Kbps.The problem is so frequent,that not a single day goes without calling Tata Photon Customer Care.Everyday I have to call them and inform regarding my problem of Internet Speed.

    Previously they used to listen,but now days they take it very casually and point out various kind of issues like "Sir may be in your AREA there is some network problem,Sir may be your laptop is faulty" etc etc. In early days they used to sent Engineer to my place,firstly the engineer are so rude that they don't talk properly.Then whenever they came,they were never able to solve problem
    completely,it was just waste of them coming again and again.Just in sake of showing customer that we are attending call.The Engineer who visited my place,his name is Mukesh-9225223807,Lalit-9225341262

    I was astonished when one engineer declared my laptop itself faulty and he was very much sure.On recommendation of him I called Hardware Engineer from Dell Co. and after complete verification the report given by the Hardware Engineer was laptop working "OK".I paid around 500/- as a fees to Hardware Engineer.

    I'm using the Photon+ device here in Nagpur,and the office out there of Tata Services refuses to assist as the no. and this device was purchased from Kolkata.It seems circle is different.

    I have also tried reaching Nodal Desk of the Co. and had a conversation with officials named Bishwajeet Das and Uma Roychowdhury many times on-03365551113 but all went in vain.Even the guy named above were unable to solve such a small problem.I would like to inform that I have emailed regarding my problem to the COO of the co.- Mr Sanjeev Sinha.But no solution to my problem is given yet.

    This TATA co. is fooling like anything.There haven't been single month where I didn't paid the bill or so.I am regular and punctual on bill payment.Still facing lot of problem from past 1 year.

    If needed I'll provide all the Email records I have till date.
