I'm loyal Airtel customer for more than 5 years. Below are my account details:

For last 4 months, I've been trying to change my broadband plan to Rs 999 (2 mbps speed with 10 GB download limit) but getting frustrated and no results. Can you please address my following concerns:

1. It seems plan cannot be changed during billing cycle. why so? My billing cycle ends on 2nd of month. This is weird. Why can't customer choose when he wants to move to new plan? When I called them on Sept 2nd, I was told that my plan will be changed on 2nd Oct and latest time to close the request would be by Oct 15th. I'm currently on Welcome back plan, where I'm charged Rs 25 for every hour of internet use. Which proves very expensive when I use Airtel broadband for my office usage. I was told that I should call 6-7 days before billing cycle end, not before and not after. I'm hardly using Airtel broadband service and still pay monthly bill of more than Rs 1500.

2. When I requested Airtel call center executive to close my account and refund my deposit. I was told that it would take min one week and I'll be charged for that duration also. Your current broadband plan is of no use to me and it doesn't serve my purpose. When I want to close my account today, why should it take 7 days and why should I be charged for that duration?

3. I enquired almost 2 month before about combo offer of IPTV + Landline + Broadband. I haven't got any satisfactory response so far. Can you please tell me when will IPTV service be available in my area.

I'm really frustrated with Customer care response and want to move to other service provider. Would be happy to stay back with Airtel provided I see some positive response.
