    Default Complaint regarding the selling of a membership which does not exist

    Dear Sir,I co-applicant Mrs Shahina Khan had the membership of Club Mahindra ID no. 2261098 in the name of Mr Yahya Khan.I'd like to inform you that I was being sold a two year's membership by Mr Puneet Shukla at Saharaganj branch, regarding which I later came to know that it does not exist I'm terribly disappointed to have been cheated by Mr Shukla who misguided us and promised that the money could be refunded any time within 45 days as demanded by the customer.Now our membership has been cancelled and I have been promised by Mr Shashank Srivastava and Mr Shukla that our loss of Rs 24000/- including the EMI will be refunded soon but none of them or the authorities seems to be taking any interest as I have not received anything in black and white to ensure the refund of the money. I humbly request you that as it was the fault of your employees so kindly refund the whole amount and oblige.Thanking you,Sincerely,Yahya Khan (Applicant)Shahina Khan (Co-applicant)
