Dear Sir,

i worked for cache technologies from oct 2009 to august 2010, then had to leave the job for some personal reasons. was called back to join again on 25th april 2011 on a salary of 70K PM . inspite of my several reminders they did not give me an appointment letter, my salary for the month of may 2011 was transfered in 3 instalments. i was asked to leave the job without furnishing any reasons and was asked to surrender laptop and sim card imm, salary for the month of june 2011 was not given to me nor the notice pay for the month of july is been given,

i have been calling and visiting them regularly but they dnt take my calls or meet me. neither they are providing me form 16 for the earlier period of present period. due to non avilability of relieving letter i am not able to get any job

please help and guide me what to do as i dnt have money to fight a case or take care of my family ryt now
