We got a call on Dec 30,2010 from Bag it Today team, offering a 7 nights package at any destination from the selected list and at any time of the year. Initially, it did arouse suspicion in our minds as the deal was a very deal and these cheaters "claimed" that they have tie ups with marquee resorts (as was produced in the list). But we decided to go for it only because they belonged to the "India Today Group", we thought they would be true to their reputation and with that belief we took 2 such packages for Rs 14000.

We sent a form requesting to avail one of the entitlements timely (3on August 12, 2011, for a trip around Sept 15 or 22 or 30, alongwith all the requisite documentation ie a DD of s 750 additional, Pan card copy, invoice copy, voucher code request form. Additional details are as under:

No one for the bag it today team has even bothered to revert until today (ie Sept 3, 2011) despite of having made tall claims that they would withing 3 days of the form receipt (its well over 15 days now)

Despite of being disappointed with the expectation of Professional Service for the huge money we paid, we tried contacting many number of times through email, online complaints and multiple call attempts at the customer care nos - 011-40502424.

As typical cheats behave in India, the automatic call center would put on hold untill you become caller now 1 in the Que and then suddenly disconnect......They should be little honest and atleast call it Customer Irritation Nos, instead of Customer "Care"....Further, I have not received a single response to any of my written complaints to the company. These cheats do not seem to understand the basic meanings of "Service", "honesty", "professionalism" and "responsiveness"...Such shame this company and this India Today group is to citizens of India.

It shrinks my pride of being an Indian, when we have to deal with such cheats, despite having paid in full and in advance for services that we deserve as "Consumers". We demand our money back, for we do not think the India today Bagittoday group has the willingness or intention of Servicing.

Enough is enough, we have decided to take this matter to its logical conclusion now, I request you to please guide us the way to take legal action again these cheats, the India Today Group and Bag-it-today team.
