Recently, I had submitted a request to port out of Loop. I had submitted all the required documents to port into Idea but then after a week I was informed that since I had the per second plan activated I am not allowed to port out. I will have to first change the plan to a base plan and then after 90 days am I allowed to port out of Loop. I dont understand why I am forced to use Loop for another 90 days when the plan that I had automatically got when I had purchased the sim about 2 years ago was per second. Please do something about this as this is very unfair and biased.
