I have been tring to subscrit a television chanel in the TATA sky through SMS, once i have sent the SMS after more than 30 Hrs also the same chanel was not activated in to my subscrition and when i was called to the TATA SKY customer care the representative was lisetning to my problem and he was put me on hold for long time and he was disconnected the call then once again i was call to the custome support i had explained all my story once again to new representative finaly representative is confirmed that they have got the SMS but the chanel was not activated here i was wasted my valuable time and money. since if the chanel activation through SMS is not working why the TATA SKY is adviertising & promoting to send SMS to subscribe the chanels i think this is a fraud, hence i am raising this complain on TATA SKY,
