Have purchased nokia c-5 mobile from timtara.com vide order no. 10073505 the same has been delivered to me on 27/08/2011, when i opened the mobile and inserted sim card, at first it doent startup, after 15 minutes in started and getting swith off showing error, "out of memory" and " startup failed contact retailer.on 28/08/2011 i have sent the mail to timtara customer service telling about the problem i faced on which they have replied to us on 01/09/2011 saying i have to visit nokia service centre.
On 02/09/2011 i have visited nokia service centre, and told that problem i am facing , after inspection of mobile they told us. Your mobile is tempered so they cant help me ad tell us to contact retailer.
Now neither nokia nor timtara is helping me for my problem. They are bleming each other.
