I want to report an issue of bag stolen of my mother when she alongwith my father were travelling to Dimapur from Gorakhpur on train no. - 15904 Cdg Dbrt Expres . The incident might be done in early morning as htey dosen't found it when checked at around 6:30 . The same was reported to TTE ( Train ticket collector ) . He answered that for filling compliant is it mandatory to stop at the railway station and and will have to file the complaint . So, i want your support in filling the complaint against that TTE as he is not supporting well to file the issue.
