    Default AICTE Norms for fee refund in Engg /MBA colleges


    Can you give the AICTE document for the fee refunding norms for a candidate who terminate the Engg/MBA course before completing it.
    Can the college with held the Originals? can they issue their TC and CC just after the starting of the class/ or can I demand my original Tc, as it is submitted to the college for admission?

    Default Refund of fee on MBA course after commencement of class

    My son was admitted in a B-School in Kolkata. The class started one week back. We were not aware of refund rule? Can we now approach to the college to refund the fee since my son does not want to study there?
