Complaint regarding Faulty Broadband Connection Hi,
It's been with great displeasure I have to bring to your notice the following : -
1. I have a Broadband Connection with Plan BB UL750 on my No. 0183-2560121,
2. The Broadband connection is not running properly for the last two weeks and the signal breaks every two - three minutes when I start downloading something,
3. I have brought this Issue to the notice of the Local BSNL Authorities / Customer Care in Amritsar (Punjab) many time during the last two weeks (14 days) and have also booked complaints over phone & internet, but with no result / resolution to my problem, till date,
Complaint Nos. - 1004817289, 1004854373, PJB/CO/2011/14558, PJB/CO/2011/15166
4. I also contacted Mr. Jatinder, SDO, for the redressal of my problem. Although he provided every possible assistance and got all the wiring / Phone connection checked, but the same were found to be alright,
5. He further intimated that the problem lies with the Broadband Section / Exchange level and only they can rectify this problem,
6. Now when I have contacted the Broadband Section over Phone NO. 1957, I am being told that they are checking for problems, but even this have been going on for four days now, and I am not having any solution for my problem. It appears that they are no longer interested in solving the problems being faced by the their customers, as the problem has been going on for two long now (14 days).
7. I have also brought this information to the notice of the Nodal Officer - Grievances, but even he has not paid any heed to my requests (made through E-mail), and I have not received any response from their side too.
8. Left with no other alternative, but to bring this to your notice, I request that you personally look into the matter and ask the local authorities to rectify this error and get this Broadband connection going, so that I may not face difficulty in my work.
