I have a phone of LG make. The response time of the phone is very slow, especially there is problem in display of its contact list. It takes about ½ a minute even with just 480 contacts in its 1000 capacity contact book. I have taken it to LG Service Centres at Hisar as well as their direct service centre at Delhi. Despite observing the problem they are reluctant to take any remedial action. Instead they are telling me that the problem would remain as it is and they can't do any thing about it.
