Dear Sir / Madam,

I wish to bring to your notice that my current Vodafone bill is 21000/- which is Unsual.

1. If my credit limit is 8800/- then why services not stopped immediately when I crossed my limit
2. what is use of setting credit limit.
3. [COLOR=#009900 !important]Every time

i used to check on 111 and bill was below 2000/- .
a .Then next day it was 27000 after discount 21000

I have talked to nodal officer and the appellate authority but they are not able to answer my questions and are not responding to my emails.



Please look into this matter ASAP, now the bill is 24000 outstanding for 3 months and they have suspended the number, i have been using the same number for 11yrs now.



Kindly reverse the above charges and let me know the final [COLOR=#009900 !important]amount
