    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I bought a Reliance GSM SIM card on 13th Aug' 11. After 7 days my SIM card was blocked. When I called the customer care, they told me that there was some system error which will be rectified within 2-3 days. But its been 11 days since then and still there is no action from the other end. My mobile no. is +919098465605 and SIM Card no. is 8091675070000355882. I have spend over 600 Rs on recharge etc after purchasing the SIM. Please help me out and solve my problem.

    i am arpana chandele. my mo. no is 8287843600. i m complaing for my bl dedction on octomber month. i am alredy complaint more times in relaince custi\omer care and also nodal dipartment but . still i am waiting for my balace refund. but the are not resolved my complaint. and they are alwas said mem plz wait. your complaint is allredy to sent our backhand team. but fter one mont 10. days our compalanit is not soleved plz help me..........

    i am GAURI shankar singh. my mo. no is 8010892401. i m complaing for my bl dedction on octomber month. i am alredy complaint more times in relaince custi\omer care and also nodal dipartment but . still my balace refund. but again same problem nd i am complaint in reliance customer care than refund my blance than again nd again nd again same problem nd the are not resolved my complaint. and they are alwas said mem plz wait. your complaint is allredy to sent our backhand team. but fter one days our compalanit is not soleved plz help me..........one time i a bought 30RS coupan nd try to recharge bt not sucessful recharge i will call customer care she said that this coupan is allready used another mobile no. i tell her coupan mere pass hai to kaise kahi our recharge ho skta hai maine us no. ko liya jispe us serial no.k coupan recharge hua tha fir call kiya wo insan bhi kah raha hai usne coupan se recharge kiya hai means ek serial no.ka coupan 2 market me published hua hai.jo galt hai qki esse loss to mera hua,fir uska bhi koi solution mujhe ab tak nahi mila 20 days ho gaye or ab bar bar kabhi 10rupees kabhi 20RS aise kar k per day blance mere no. se kaat liya ja raha hai customer care me callkro hmesa ek jabab ye pack activet hai or bina mere per mission k koi bhi pack apne aap activet ho jata h blance usk mujhe pay krne pdte hain.plzzzz help me.

    Dear sir/mam
    i am Tapan Kumar and my no is 8099699982,i have complained so many times for repeated deduction of my balance without giving any msg.when i contact to custermer care execute in hyderabad they are saying that is my fault.i have also said to him to stop permanently if any of the system is activated.they are saying that your account is refilled and system is deactivated but next day same problem will arrise.I am very irritate for this.The dealings of customer care executive to customer is very poor in comparison to others.kindly help me

    My no. is 9023837204 and i recharge my no. with rs 50 on 17 Nov 2011 and next my no. has only 2rs balance. I call customer care but they ended my call so many times and i get no reason behind balance reduction. And from today my no. is blocked without any reason and i am not able to anything from my no. I don't know why reliance do such stupid things with me.

    I am an army officer have a reliance prepaid reliance gsm no 80558952899 (lifetime validity from pune) i got a recharge done of rs 200 on 10nov in pune..i got a balance of rs 181 in my main account..in ihe morning i found rs 60 deductedf from my balance.on lodging a complaint with 198 i got a refund of rs 30 only..after 2 days again my money got deducted..i have faced a similar problem with my relaince prepaid cdma pune no as well(9371526614 which i also got recharged forv rs 200 on 10 nov only)...reliance is in the habit of deducting money for services which the customer has not subscribed to..i have decided not to use both the reliance sims anymore because more than half the money is deducted by the company on false pretext..when customer like me who keeps track of his balance lodges a coimplaint one gets a rude answer.


    nevertheless as a public servant i thought it right to approach the consumer court so that people do not get harassed by reliance anymore.They are trying to cash on the ignorance and lack of time by the user..in total out of the total reharge done for rs 400 for both the sims i would have lost about approx rs 200 for false deductions.i too gave up complaining as for 1 cmpliant one has to wait for min 20minutes

    i'm complaint here for my reliance sms service. on my reliace no. 9528552725 sms pack service was activated till 3 to 4 year. in the morning when i can check my phone the another service "arti pack" activate automatically, when i can call on 198 for deactivate arti pack custommer care exicutive was deactivate my sms service also and when i again complaint on 198 then say your sms service was deactivate on the behalf of your request, but i was not say for deactivating my sms service.
    sir/mam i want to activate this service again on my no and also wand quick action on my complaint.

    Default for same pack reliance has charged me 2 times

    my contact no is 9555341191 i rechgargeed my mobile no on 23 april for sme pack... n on 24 april dey also automaticaly recharged my sms pack.. dey have to refund of one of the recharged of my sms pack...as dey can take double for a single service.. dey system currupted always dere is updation.. n money is deducted with there wish
