The same incident also happened with me. We should form a forum and should go to consumer court. I am planning to go to consumer court. If you planning to go to consumer court please let me know.

Last month Plat5 Priviledge Holidays's sales person called me on behalf of HDFC Credit Card. And placed some interesting offer ,like a 25% discount on my every purchase. And told me that this card is totally free for first year, after the first year if I am interested, I have to Pay 4964/- for second year. Then for direct customer verification they ask for IVR. But in my card statement I found they already deducted RS.4964/-. After that they congrates me for the card and promise to deliver the card with welcome kit with in three or four days. Still now I don't receive the card. I don't require the card. As because, at the very first instance this company is a cheater. I don't believe in this company. Till now I don't receive the card. So, please ask to refund the amount as I don't want to use.

He also claims saying the credit details are needed only for security of the customer nothing else. but then in a short while about 10 minutes, i got message saying 4964/- has been deducted. I fought with representative guy and he in return he snubs me saying its you who said for this deal so we did that and there is no reversal. The way the deal is done, is totally cocealing information, giving customer a wrong impression and forging false benefits and facts. So, i need my money back, please help me to do so. this is hard earned money and dont want any scoundral to eat it just by befooling. Please help and guide me to get the amount refunded from them.

It is a massive cheating they are doing , any way to get our money back , and idea or way out for these cheathers

No promise of giving free kit also

And on the top we donot have there address

any body who is having the address of this company

and indication for other companies like this

Just now I got the call from Plat 5 Holidays, The same attractive offers and asked for OTP of my CITI Bank Credit Card. I have asked him to call me after 10 Mins for Password. Meanwhile I checked on net for the information. On your these valuable opinions I will not provide OTP to them. Thanks You All !!!

three days back plat5 privlege holiday sales person called me for free discount voucher and cheated me by taking credit card no and now they had debit rs 4964/ since ihad asked them catagoricaly that is there any charges they said no charges now iwant my money back oherwise iwill fill F.I.R against them

I have called by Plat5 priveledge holidays executive on 13th October.2011 , offer a card named haritage and taken my HDFC Credit Card detail telephonically from me by asking

that it is required for Card which Provide You 25% Discount on Every Purchase from HDFC

Bank Card. Besides from That I have Confirm with them 5 times that is there any charges is to

Charge to me for that, but there reply is “No Sir No Charges It is Free For One Year” after that

its your Choice wheather you want to renew it or not. But when I got notice that they have

charged Rs.4964/- from my card I immediately call them and ask them to cancel the

transaction, but they refuses for that All the Communication is Verbal and on Telephone. Nothing in written. They are

only Fraud ones , So Please take the necessary

action against Merchant.

I too have been duped of RS 4965/= how they used 3 D secure pin of my card?

I am sure this can be resolved. I suggest you speak to plat5 customer support. They are very helpful and would resolve any issue.

I have also been a part of Privilege holidays program which was offered by Plat5 consultancy. They offer as informed to me was a stay in any of their listed hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, along with some discount vouchers which & a money saver card. Also, I received joining gift which I have given ahead to my son & daughter as the gifts were really trendy to wear. The money saver card is being used by my wife at various shops for daily household purchases. All in all, I, believe, that the Plat Privilege holiday scheme is a complete family package. Sometimes errors can occur which may lead to inconvenience but I don’t think it means that the company is fraud or bogus.
