Iam Exsisting HDFC Bank Credit Card Costomer,with Card No. Ending .....5142 Latelly i have recived Call from HDFC Executive from DELHI from this no 01145315300. He Called up for My Card Dues then aggreed to settle my card A/c for RS 28000 & asked to pay in 8 installment. I got the settlement letter from them on 26-08-2011 with this ref no 11223561521.They called me up again and ask to pay within 2 days.I requested them that i will pay the amount in the next month ,that means on september 2011.But they dissagreed and start calling my father,i dont know why they are calling may father,he is an old person and also a heart patient and he is so worried about this.I requested this to the concern guys many times to not call my father and my family members.but they are dissagreeing.In the settelment letter they clearly mentioned that they will stop calls to my family and aslo within 8 months periods of time for paying the amount.
