GOING FOR GREAT PLAN-II Is A bunch of rubbish!!!!!

I tried activating this plan on the 26th aug 2011. It did not get activated immediately and those loop mobile customer service guys werent ready to register my complaint saying "we cannot register a complaint unless 48hrs have passed!!!!"
finally i gt the complaint registered on 28th aug 2011 and got the complaint docket no DOC-C-280893875
and they said that the issue would be resolved in another 48 hrs!!!
well today when my call charges were still rs 0.50 i visited the loop gallery in my area!!!
THE GUY TELLS ME THE PLAN IS CHANGED AND NOW LOCAL CALLS UNDER GOIN FOR GREAT-2 IS Rs0.50!!!!

i told him that ders no intimation on the site about this to which he said hat the change was done on the 26th!!!!!
but there aint any intimation of this at all on loopmobile.in as yet!!!!

Ive been a customer for the last 3 years and loop mobiles startin to look like a cheat!!!!
