Dear Sir,
I undersigned, Bhagyesh Bhatt from Ahmedabad had purchased the Micromax X510 on 28/06/11 from the authorised delaer : Devam Enterprises Maninagar,Ahmedabad. Since about 10 days ago, I am facing the problem while charging i.e the connection of charger being loose the phone is not charged. Looking at the rootcause, we approached the authorised Micromax service centre at Maninagar,Ahmedabad: M/S Sai Infotech. Checking the fault the service centre representative urged that the charging socket is faulty and needs replacement which would be chargeable and would amount Rs 180/-.
I want to launch the complaint that we had purchased the Micromax Mobile thinking of its reliability of Quality but the service centre executive said that the Company does not provide us any of the replacements so it is chargeable. I am really astonished that how can the accessory need to get repaired in such ashort span of time of 5 months and when it is in the period of free service, how can the service centre charge for the repairs. Kindly look into the matter and do needful at the earliest.
