Sir,

This is to inform you that i have applied for BSNL broadband connection on 13 july 2011, till date i did not get the connection. the problem with the new connection is that in my area there in no cable wiring. Cable wiring is there, till near my house in which there are four connection which all four connection are full therefore there should have another cable wiring done for my connection.

I called to BSNL office and they gave me a number of cable wiring officer. the day i got the number i started to call but no one used to pick up the call after trying 20 to 30 calls the officer picked up and he said that "he'll come to my place within 2 days". After 2 days i called many time but no one picked up. after a week the officer picked up and said " that there are no labour they are in strike" and ask for 2 weeks of time. After 2 weeks i started calling again but again no one picked up. after few days someone picked up and said "the officer is in leave he'll come after 2 days" again i started calling after 2 days no one picked up for a week. next tm again i called so someone picked up and said " we have shortage of cable wire" again ask few days of time. again after that i call one day the officer picked up and said " incharge person is on leave'" this happen many time they are making excuse and excuse even i went to office they said they will do it in few days but not... and when i call them, they won't pick up the call it is the luck that they pick up my calls after trying many calls.

so Sir please give me some suggestion and help me what to do with it. am a student and very badly need of broadband connection but you know how government employee work please help sir....please....
