My Idea prepaid mobile number is 8805664163 . I use this number when I'm travelling out of Pune only. There was a VAS service activated on 12th July 2011 without my knowledge and I was not informed of this activation. A charge of Rs.5 has been deducted everyday and since I was not using the phone in Pune, I did not know about this deduction. Three days back I checked that my prepaid balance is just Rs.2!! I did not know what happened to my balance and called customer care today when I was informed of this VAS service for some contests. I spoke to 3 customer care representatives who were not helpful at all and were arrogant. First was Sachin, next was a supervisor Digambar and third was senior supervisor Pradeep. All the 3 people had different stories to tell that I was informed by sms or called by customer care person when the service was activated, however nothing of this sort happened. Even when I deactivated the service today, I was informed that I will get a sms but I've not got any message. I would like to know what amount has been taken from my prepaid account from 12th July 2011 and have the same refunded back. I have not subscribed to this VAS service and never used it till date.
