I am bhawna sharma PhD student in JNU. I have brought a NOKIA mobile 5233 serial number 354850043556117 from Ghaziabad Hotspot mobile shop on 20-11-2010. this mobile handset is not working since 5-06-2011, I took this phon to nearest nokia care centre which is in vasant kunj named as "Tikam infinity" three times, but the problem could not be solved, the last job sheet number is149433527/110825/53. They even send it to faridabad for a week, even after that the problem of call drop and network could not be resolved. It used to start again the moment it used to reach my hostel. I have mailed to Nokia about it and the request number is 1-11808132376. They simply send me the automatic generated mail and didnt contacted me at all. Thus i want to apply my case in consumer court, even after lot of inconvineince i am still facing so many problems and Nokia care has not responded to me at all. Kindly consider my case and suggest me how to go about.
