Escalation on Airtel Customer Care
This is Venkatesh from Bangalore. Am Airtel Broadband (No. : 08042096604) Customer about 2 years.
Two Months back I've registered (Applicatio no. : 263270) for IPTV and paid 1750 to Aitel Agent 'Muni'.
He Promised that July 18th the IPTV devices will be delivered. It was delivered even August 1 week and when check with Muni, he replied have to check and Blah, Blah [Unfortunately He doesn't know English and we donno Kannada ].
So I raised complaint on the same (Complaint no : 1550652) and following up for 3 weeks and no response from Customer Care.
This is realy frustrating and need to know whats the status of the complaint.

Sim not activated
On 5th Sept 2012, I had asked at customer care (121) to block my no. as my mobile was misplaced. On 6th Sept 2012, I got a new SIM from Airtel Store, Sector-12, Noida around 07:00PM. But the same is yet to be activated. Raised a request for this- 45768084. As I enquired at customer care (121) on 7th Sept 2012 around 09:30AM, came to know that, some other no. is activated to the SIM issued to me. I have to visit to Airtel Store again and fetch new SIM to get my no. activated.

Customer complain CBDMO21114151813 ON 14TH nov 2012
I have harassed by Airtel Customer complain executive ( Also know as 121 people).
My reference number given by them is : CBDMO21114151813 ON 14TH nov 2012.
I activated my GPRS pack of 98-/ of 1 Gb which end date was 13th NOV 2012. Before that I have recharged My A/c with sufficient balance approx 120 at date 12th NOV 2012. But After 13th NOV 2012, They did not continue my GPRS pack and deduct the GPRS uses form my main balance. Which is very high chargeable.
For that I called 121 people 4 times for that query, but they even not suppose to hear my query and very roughly talk.
Not even tell me any solution for that.

Not able to get any suport from airtel customer service
This is Shipra Chhabra from Delhi , Im working with Bharti Airtel Corporate office. Due to Missguide from airtel customer care dept. one of executive. I have paid Rs 709.48 to airtel post paid conection.(Mobile)######
This payment was extend in my account now i want to refund my payment bcoz my bill is pay from my Company every month.I called up so many times to cutomer care but they don't give me best sollution.

Worst service from Airtel customer care
Worst customer care from Airtel Broadband
I reported that there is an issue with Airtel broadband connection. But none of the Airtel service personal took this issue seriously and did not bother to help towards resolution.
There was a service person named Ram Prasad who came to check the lines but instead was watching Cricket match through internet. He then said everything seems to be working fine but later it was identified that we still experienced the same issue. We contacted the Customer care to report about this problem and a Customer service representative named Ramesh answered the call who was extremely rude, He just said your ticket number is open and a service person will come to your home, we informed that the service person already came home and did not help to fix this issue for which the service rep answered very rude. I asked him to bring his manager on the phone for which he hung up on me..
I was very happy with Airtel Broadband on initial stages but now I hate it just because of this pathetic service. I will definitely inform about this to my friends and relatives to stop using Airtel services. This Service personal Ramesh should be thought a lesson on how important customer service is for any industry. If you consider this serious, South zone manager or anyone responsible can contact me or I am still going to hate Airtel more.
One of your customer who was treated bad and hates Airtel now.
