This is to inform you that i am using Nokia model E7-00. I purchased this model on 02/April/2011. IMEI number:354864041778078. Since i purchased this set i am having something or other trouble with the set. Here are the some of them:

1) Display of the screen got distorted with full screen Red. (repaired at Nokia Care).
2) Phone hangs several times, with all memory loss from mass storage. ( several time)
3) Video Player is not playing Video clips.
4) Phone is not charging at all. (given for repair on 18/Aug/2011) still at Nokia care.

with due regards i would like to inform you that there is some inbuilt problem with this particular set. Kindly look into it and resolve it permanently. if necessary replaced this set, cause in last four months this set was with nokia care for almost one month.

Kindly do the needful.
