I had booked a ticket from Kalyan to Arsikere by 11035 Dn Sharavathi Exp dt 26/05/2011 vide Pnr no 8356386803. The said ticket was wait listed and subsequently cancelled on the date of journey. However, till date I have not received refund in my bank account. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. The ticket was booked using ngpay service through mobile.
