I bought a Spice M-67 3D from a Hotspot on August 31, 2011. After using it for hardly 20 days, the key pad went unresponsive. I could not unlock the phone at all. As a result, I could neither receive calls nor use any functions of the set. It was very uncomfortable and I being a Marketing professional, had a pathetic time keeping in touch with my clients.




When I took the set to the Service Center, they wouldn't give me a replacement. They informed me that the software was corrupt and they would upgrade it. They couldn't give me an assurance about the problem not recurring.


My query is, just for a usage of 20 days, the cell phone is already faulty! How can I trust it will be fine in the long run? Do I have to run around to service centers leaving out my chores? Upon that the Service Center employees were very rude and non-supportive.


I had also called Spice Customer Care on 1800-300-77423 but there is no facility for lodging of complaints. I am tired of all the misgivings and would like a replacement of the set/total refund of the money that I have paid.
